Special Olympics Washington
WINTER GAMES 2013

Washington State Winter Games is the culmination of the Special Olympics winter season. Nearly 1,500 athletes converged on Wenatchee and Leavenworth Washington to compete over three-days in Basketball, Skiing, Speed Skating, Figure Skating and Snow Boarding.

Healthy AthletesMedFest

Who: Open to ALL Athletes needing a sports physical in the next 3 - 9 months
What: FREE on-site sports physicals and health screening done by doctors and clinicians from Seattle Children’s Hospital
Where: Olympic Town – The Town Toyota Center
When: Friday, March 1, 2013 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.

This is a great opportunity for our athletes to receive a free sports physical.  Please review your athlete’s Application for Participation Forms to see who might benefit from this program.

All individuals interested in volunteering at Winter Games should fill out a Venue Placement Form(s). These form(s) help Special Olympics Washington place potential volunteers at the Winter Games Event.
